The Falkland Island, South Georgia and Antarctica

Last week, I returned from my photo shoot in the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and Antarctica aboard Quark Expedition’s vessel, Ocean Nova. It was an adventure to say the least. Along the way, we battled inclimate weather and heavy seas, however, the trip was a huge success. The expedition team and staff, lead by Brandon Harvey, were exceptional and provided us with the opportunity to photograph seldom seen places, including Steeple Jason Island, Gold Harbour and Cuverville Island. Some of the images I captured at these locations are included above. Over the next month, my new material will be posted in waves as part of a new Falkland Islands and South Georgia sub-gallery and in my existing Antarctica gallery. Please keep a look out!
East Africa Photo Shoot

I am in the preliminary stages of organizing a photo shoot with famed wildlife photographer, Andy Biggs, to Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania in September 2011. This trip will include Mt. Kilimanjaro, the Masai Mara, the great Serengeti migration and a trek in to the Rwandan mountains to photograph wild Gorillas.
