Photographer Dean J. Tatooles will once again be donating an image to the silent auction for this year’s Lincoln Park Zoo Ball entitled the GREAT CATSBY. This is a great event to raise money for a wonderful place to enjoy our world’s wildlife free of charge!
The Zoo Ball is Lincoln Park Zoo’s largest fundraiser hosted by the Women’s Board of Lincoln Park Zoo. Since its inception in 1977, Zoo Ball has raised millions of dollars for a wide range of capital projects at the zoo and drawn more than 1,000 civic and social leaders from Chicago and surrounding suburbs. In 2010, the Ball raised the largest amount in the event’s history, grossing $1.65 million for the zoo. Most importantly, its reputation as “THE party of the summer,” according to Chicago Magazine, holds true year to year.
